These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution: Any legal issue or dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the use of our Service shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through mutual discussion and understanding.

If the dispute cannot be resolved mutually, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in South 24 Parganas, West Bengal, India. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
